We specialise in creative event installations — particularly everything that happens in the space above the celebration. From fairy lights, festoons and chandeliers to hanging florals, draping and custom overhead features, we design and install elements that transform venues from the top down.
Alongside lighting and rigging, we create bespoke builds in-house and offer a curated range of styling hire to support weddings, brand events, product launches, corporate celebrations and one-of-a-kind briefs. Our Event Hire Process
1. Enquire
Start by getting in touch with as much detail as you can. Every event is different, and spaces often come with their own quirks — so the more information you share (event type, venue, date, inspiration images or budget), the better.
Photos and reference images are especially helpful to make sure we’re completely aligned from the start.
2. Receive a Tailored Quote
We’ll review your brief and put together a custom quote based on your space, style and requirements.
Quantities and hire items can often be adjusted to suit different budgets, and we’re happy to revise or refine the quote as your plans evolve.
3. Book Your Date
Once you’re happy to proceed, a 20% deposit secures your booking, with final payment due 14 days prior to your event.
From there, your date is locked in and we take care of the details.
4. We Set Up (and Pack Down)
Our team manages delivery, installation and pack-down, including coordinating access times and liaising with your venue where required.
For some events, we also offer dry hire (collection only), or can arrange a site visit if the space is new or complex. On the day, everything is installed professionally so you can focus on the event itself.
